HB(heartbreak) theraphy

Heartbreaks are feelings of one's individual who separated with he's/her love one's.It is the time wherein only you can feel nothing in this world.You feel empty,hurt and you want to die for a whole months and awake when your heart forgets the hurt.you've loose your life,loose your hope and most of all you loose your happiness.all you can feel is hurt that brings you to become a self pity person. heartbreaks can change one's life.

Maladaptive Behavior
Heartbreaks can cause problem,physically and emotionally to ones individual.Frustration,lack of confident,and sometimes they hate themselves because they think that there's no more person who can give love to them.heartbreak makes the client feel nothing or worthless that leads the client to attempt suicide,and also they try to do some bad acts that cause their life to become miserable.

Goals of Therapy

Heartbreak therapy aims to help those individual who suffer much pain because of heartbreak.This therapy give us some guidelines how to move on and face their future with smile.Little by little,those guidelines helps the client to lessen the hurt they feel.Also this therapy aims to accept who they are and to enlighten the client that there is a right time to fall in love again with no more heartaches.

Function of the Therapist

the therapist helps the client to do the guidelines and the activities that the therapy have.Therapist conduct some heart to heart talk to lessen the hurt that the client feels.

Methods/Techniques

Here are some guidelines for client to move on to his/her heartaches:


1.First think positive.Always remember that God is there to guide and support us.


2.Avoid things that makes you think of your past memories.


3.Believe in the quotation that,"True love waits."
